A Fair, Straightforward Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Arcade Supply Co. If something doesn’t work out, we aim to handle returns in a clear and reasonable way.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery

Items must include all original parts, packaging, and documentation

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
- Items that had been used (soldered, modified, etc) cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we’re unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Product Defects & Issues
If you receive a defective product or something isn’t right with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on availability and the situation, this may include:

Store credit
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll discuss the best option with you.
A Note on Used, Original, or OEM Parts
Some products we sell are original or OEM parts removed from vintage hardware. These items are clearly labeled and inspected, but due to their nature, they may show signs of age or prior use.
If you have questions about a specific item before ordering, we’re always happy to help.
