What can I expect from a “used” game console part or accessory?

Many of the consoles, parts, and accessories we work with are decades old. Every used item we receive is carefully inspected—inside and out—for functionality, durability, and overall condition.

Any issues discovered during inspection are addressed before an item is ever listed. Functional problems are repaired and thoroughly retested, while physical components are cleaned and restored as much as possible. Each item is fully disassembled, cleaned, and carefully reassembled.

That said, not all cosmetic wear can be eliminated. Used items may show minor scuffs or signs of normal wear consistent with their age.

Only hardware that meets our quality standards is offered on our website. Items that fall short are sold separately through our outlet channels at a significant discount.



 

Is the item pictured the exact one I’ll receive?

In most cases, no.

Many of our products are stocked in multiple quantities, and we use representative photos from our own inventory. The item you receive will be of equal quality and condition to the one shown and will meet the same inspection and testing standards.

If an item is truly one-of-a-kind, this will be clearly stated in the product listing.


 


 

Are your parts original, OEM, or reproductions?

We offer a mix of original, OEM, reproduction, and third-party parts, and we clearly label each item accordingly.

When a part is original or OEM, it’s stated in the listing. When it’s a reproduction or third-party replacement, that’s made clear as well. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make an informed decision—no guesswork required.
