What can I expect from a "used" game console part or accessory?
Most of the game consoles, parts, and accessories we stock are up to decades old. When we get them in, the first thing we do is inspect them thoroughly for defects. This includes their functionality, durability, and physical appearance - inside and out.
Any defects we find are fully dealt with. If there are problems with the functionality, they are professionally repaired and retested. Physical blemishes are restored as best as they can be. Every item is stripped down to bare parts, cleaned, and polished.
Not all physical blemishes can be restored so you should expect any used gear to have minor scuffs and scratches.
It's not until each item fully meets our quality standards before we list it on out website. For items that do not meet our expectations, we list them in our Bargain Bin at a significant discount.
Is the item pictured the exact one I'm purchasing?
In most cases, no. We stock multiple items of each product and use a stock image (that we create) to show them off.
